Anonym 9 years agoI called about two charges that were used by my debit card and the lady said I bought sunglasses. I definitely did NOT buy sunglasses. She was very hard to understand. I tried to ask more details about the purchases and she would not give any besides sunglasses I called a second time and she hung up. My bank is investigating it.(1)

Lorna 9 years agoJust called them about two charges on my account that absolutely were not mine. One in June and one in August of 2015 for a pair of sunglasses and a pair of butterfly earrings.
It\'s a scam. I called them and let them know I was recording them as we spoke, for my lawyer and my bank.
They\'re suppose to be taking them back off of my account within the next 3 days. We\'ll see. I don\'t think they liked the idea that they were being recorded.(2)

Kim shelton 9 years agoI had an unknown charge to my debit card. This number was linked to it through my bank. When I called she said it was for a watch I ordered online. I did not order it, she said we will put the money back and hung up without giving me a confirmation number or anything. I called back again and got some automatic message. I think this is a potential scam. If I don\'t have that money back in ten days my bank will investigate.
