Someone just called me called \"Sara\" from this number - strong Indian accent - claiming her employee number is RJ9718. She proceeded to tell me that I had paid them $199.99 in January for a computer virus problem (I have not had a computer virus problem). When I asked for the specifics of the bill she said she\'s not from the billing department and can\'t give details (i.e., the exact date in January). When I asked her for more information she asked if there was someone else she could talk to who was (obviously more intelligent than I) who could \"understand\" what she was talking about.

Just got a call saying that I ordered computer repair service last year which raised obvious red flags. Reception was bad and could barely hear the Indian lady during the call.
